How to return used furniture to IKEA?
If you are looking to buy back your IKEA furniture, you will need to bring a copy of your quote, buyback number, and your fully assembled furniture to your participating IKEA store. A co-worker will assess your furniture’s buy back value in person and you will be given store credit for your furniture. Your furniture will then be sold in the As-Is department.
If you’re not happy with your IKEA purchase, you can return it within 180 days as long as it’s in good condition and you have a proof of purchase.
